How billing works, how quota is used, and what happens when you cancel.
How is the annual plan billed?
The full annual amount is charged upfront and renews every 12 months until canceled. The monthly figure is an equivalent; each plan shows the annual total. In USD we use the plan’s annual price; in ARS, Mercado Pago charges ten monthly prices as one annual payment. Applicable taxes and the final total are confirmed at checkout.
What uses my characters, and when do limits reset?
Quota is based on the text submitted for audio generation, not audio duration. Supported emotion tags do not consume billable characters, but the entire text counts toward the per-generation limit. Daily quota resets at midnight UTC and monthly quota at the start of each UTC month; both apply when your plan has both limits. Annual plans do not provide the entire year’s quota upfront, and unused characters do not roll over.
Where do the displayed limits come from?
Each table uses the current public plan’s limits: voices, characters per day or month, and characters per generation. Cloning a voice requires a clean sample and express permission from its owner. No plan allows bypassing consent, safety checks, or generation limits.
Can I use the audio in commercial projects?
Only plans that include commercial use allow it. You also need the rights and authorization for the voice and content. Your plan’s commercial permission does not replace those rights or authorize impersonating other people.
How do I cancel renewal?
Request cancellation from your account or email support@vocloner.org from your account address before renewal. Cancellation normally prevents the next charge and preserves access through the paid period. Check the confirmation and contact support if the cancellation is not reflected.
Does cancellation trigger a refund?
Cancellation does not automatically refund unused time or quota. You can request a review for duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, or technical and billing errors by emailing support@vocloner.org. The cancellation and refund policy explains the procedure and preserves your applicable rights.
Will the audio always produce the same result?
Similarity, pronunciation, and expression can vary with the sample, text, and AI model. Try the free plan with a clean sample before subscribing. A creative result you dislike does not by itself guarantee a refund; contact support for a reproducible technical failure.
