Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-08-10
This policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and how long we keep it.
Data we process
Account data: email address, display name, and profile photo when you sign in with Google.
Reference recordings you upload to clone a voice, and the audio you generate.
Usage data: characters consumed, number of generations, and dates.
Consent records: the date and IP address recorded when you state that you have rights to a voice.
Biometric data
A voice recording may be considered biometric data in some jurisdictions. We use it only to create the voice model you requested and to generate your audio.
We do not sell or share recordings or voice models with third parties for advertising purposes.
Service providers
Supabase hosts the database, authentication, and private audio storage.
Fish Audio processes voice synthesis: it receives the text and the model identifier.
Vercel hosts the application. Mercado Pago and Polar process payments.
Retention and deletion
You can delete any voice from the application: we remove the record and the model from the provider.
When you delete your account, we delete your voices, audio, and personal data. Accounting records are kept for as long as required by law.
Your rights
You can access, correct, port, and delete your data, and object to its processing, by contacting us from your account email address.
Audio storage is private and served through short-lived signed links. Public voices are visible because you expressly authorized that publication.
