Voice ownership and consent

You may only clone your own voice or a voice for which you have the rights holder’s express and verifiable authorization.

When you clone a voice, you state that you have those rights. When you publish it, you also authorize other people to use it within Vocloner.

We record the date and IP address of each consent as evidence of that statement.

Prohibited uses

Impersonating a person, deceiving others about a speaker’s identity, harassment, defamation, fraud, and illegal content are prohibited.

Cloning the voices of minors, public figures without authorization, or deceased people without permission from their heirs is prohibited.

Violating these rules results in immediate removal of the affected voices and account, without a refund.

Plans and commercial use

The Free plan is for personal use only, and its voices are public.

Paid plans enable commercial use of generated audio and private voices.

Each plan’s character and voice limits are shown on the pricing page and enforced automatically.

Payments

In Argentina, charges are made in pesos through Mercado Pago. In the rest of the world, charges are made in dollars through Polar, the registered merchant of record.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

Reports and moderation

Any user can report a public voice. A report unpublishes it immediately while we review it.

If the report is confirmed, the voice is permanently deleted.

Responsibility

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular quality result.

You are responsible for the content you generate and how you use it.
